Build cisterns to store rainwater

Capturing rainwater during the winter has become one of the best ways to avoid water shortages during the summer in various communities in Olancho.

Collecting rainwater flows is achieved through the construction of cisterns.

The project is carried out with support from the Coordinating Association of Indigenous and Community Agroforestry (ACICAFOC). This same system is used in South American countries, according to members of ACICAFOC.
